Mowing of Yards will be preformed with 48 inch Toro
commercial mulching mowers or larger if necessary (for
larger lawns) 21 inch mulching mowers are available for
the smaller lawns. Driveways and sidewalks will be edged
by hand or steel bladed edger. All lawns will be string
trimmed (weed eating) around the trees, utility poles,
fences, buildings, flower beds, and any other real-estate
not accessible with our mowers. Unless customer and or
contracts state other wise, we will be trimming to the
same height as the lawn. Emmons Property Management
will blow driveways, sidewalks, and any other concrete
areas clean of clippings and debris.
